For enterprises entering the NYC tech ecosystem

Events where the right people already show up.

Your team does not need another booth at another conference. You need a set of rooms where the New York operators, founders, and engineers you want to influence are already having the conversation - and a brand that fits naturally inside it.

The problem with enterprise events

Sponsorship decks look great until the event is over.

You wire the sponsorship. Your team flies in. You get a booth, a mention in the program, and maybe a swag table. Someone on your side tracks badge scans and calls it attribution. Two weeks later nobody in your pipeline remembers your name.

The real prize was never the booth. The prize was the actual relationships in the room - the founders, the VCs, the operators who shape what the next wave of companies uses.

We already have that room. We run it every week. You are welcome inside it if the fit is right.

Three ways to engage

Pick the shape that fits your goal.

Every partnership is designed backward from the outcome you are trying to hit: awareness, relationships, or positioning inside a specific vertical.

01

Host your own event

We handle venue, attendee acquisition, ops, and day-of production. You bring the speakers, the thesis, the conversation you want to own. Your name on the marquee, our network in the seats.

02

Sponsor an existing event

Title sponsor, product demo slot, or a dedicated networking block inside one of our existing formats. Every attendee pre-screened. No booth required. Real conversations, not badge scans.

03

Co-produce a series

Quarterly or monthly event series built around your vertical - AI infra, devtools, fintech, healthtech. You own the narrative. We own the pipeline, the production, and the room.

Who comes to the events

The audience is the product.

"Events work when the room is already there. Everything else is a trade show."

Frequently asked

The questions enterprises ask on the first call.

How are events priced?
Depends on the shape. A sponsored slot inside an existing event is one price point. A hosted event with your brand on it is another. A co-produced series is a quarterly commitment and priced accordingly. We quote after the first call, once we know the goal.
Do you guarantee attendance numbers?
We guarantee the fit, not the gross number. A tighter room of fifty decision-makers who match your ICP is more valuable than two hundred loose attendees - and that is what we build toward. You get the attendee list post-event either way.
How far out do we need to book?
Sponsored slots inside existing events: usually three to six weeks. Hosted events on your brand: six to ten weeks for proper production. Co-produced series: plan the first event eight weeks out, cadence kicks in after.
What does "co-produced series" mean exactly?
Four to twelve events on the same theme over a defined window. You get a platform to build a story over time: episode one introduces the thesis, episode four drops a product, episode eight brings in the customer case studies. We own the ops; you own the narrative.

What are you trying to do?

Drop us a line with the goal and a rough budget. We come back within the week with two or three event concepts that fit - or tell you straight that this is not the right channel for you.
